All Are Welcome, Big Or Small Poem by Toshie Nohara

All Are Welcome, Big Or Small

When Mindy is the story-teller
And she happens to be my niece
My children have to listen to her
Or else she won't, won't be pleased!

A good story-teller is Mindy
She likes to use 'And then and then'
She not only tells stories, and sings
So her stories seldom, seldom ends!

A good actress is she in story telling
Her actions are so funny, so funny
Those who listen are wondering, wondering
How a child have tales so many!

She tells people young or old
She's really as good as gold
She's not worried she exaggerates
As her purpose is to fascinate!

It's amazing listeners all the time
So awed she knows her rhymes
Their mouths wide open with wonder
Still waiting excitedly while she ponders!

Her eyes so big, voice loud
Her screams may scare the crowd
She knows her 'job', she's proud
Her stories mostly based on shroud!

She declares she's the best story-teller of all
Of course, all are welcome, big or small.

So go listen to her stories
Of kings, queens princes and fairies
You will never, never, never worry
She tells stories all for free
Not only to all and me.
