Alone With My Passion Poem by Roselyn A.M.

Alone With My Passion

You laugh at everybody’s joke
You weep at somebody’s ache
You shout ‘hurray’ at anybody’s triumph
You watch any celebrities’ show
You cheer for your players’ game
You’re present in your friends’ needs
You giggle with their laughs and gags
You’re amazed with their best and worse
So how come that you’re so unfair to me
For when I let you see something I did
You dared not look
Even a single glance you cannot spare with me
Then how could you say you love me
When my best was nothing but sh_t
How could you say you love everything in me
When you can’t take what I love to do
You will never be proud of me, I know
So when I die
Never, never talk about me
I do not need your praise
I do not need your attention
Just shut your mouth
And do not say a word
Because I am already dead
And my ears are unable to hear
My eyes have no signs to see
My heart is as hard as stone to feel
And all these poems are nothing but scribbles on sheets
Useless if you will take a look
For I can’t see any more
Nonsense if you will read
For I can’t hear no more
Because I am already dead
From the day you ignored me
….I’ve died
