As we walk by the bay
Our hands start to sway
Felt a strange feeling
Your hand no longer fits mine
No more heartbeats
Flowing thru my veins
No more warm arms
That brings inner peace
As I gaze upon your face
The magnet didn’t stay
Still can feel you soul
But a fear keeps growing strong
Still I am taking the chances
Love is still here to survive
Though hope is gently slipping by
With faith saying goodbye
