My love both a burden and my only relief

You bring me my strongest emotion and unshakeable ambition

I only want to hold you near and feel the warmth radiate from your beauty

To watch the lights dance in your eyes while you vividly reenact your long day

The ring of your laughter brings me home, finally home

How I feel can only be painted as a ferocious inferno in the heart of a tranquil forest

All things material and intangible fading to dust

While also leaving behind a path for immeasurable life and growth

Every time I hear your voice my soul is both torn asunder and wonderfully set a flame

So I hope to burn for eternity …
