An Island Paradise Poem by David Harris

An Island Paradise

Rating: 5.0

You’re lying on a sun kissed beach,
watching the shadows of palm trees
swaying back and forward
under a warm breeze.
The sun is warming you
from your fingers to your toes.
You’re on an island paradise
away from the chilly winds that blow.
Relaxing in that dream world,
you have made for yourself,
while the real world
is a million miles away.
