Analogy
just the two of us
we went to the beach this afternoon
she sits on the
bamboo chair
hanging her feet
she looks to the horizon
of the very calm sea
i walk towards the shore
undress myself and take my swim
i need it badly
i like to get that swim
as the sun begins to set
as she looks at how sad the fading is
it is like love
and life and mortality.
