Angel Eyes - Poem by Tamara Moir

Play Poem Video

Your Angel Eyes stare me down,
From across the room.
I think that i'm falling for you,
But is it way too soon?

I gaze back into you,
Into your Angel Eyes.
As she walks up to you,
Inside, my heart dies.

You push her away,
And continue to stare.
Should I say 'I love you'?
You know I wouldn't dare.

You walk swiftly up to me,
My heart pounding deep inside.
I can feel your energy,
Like that of when stars collide.

Pressure all around me,
Forgetting all the lies.
Suddenly, we start to kiss,
I look into your Angel Eyes.
