the pain behind her blue eyes
do you see it fading away
are her skies turning a lighter shade of grey
i see the sun in the horizon
lighting what was once so dark and dreary
hes mending her broken heart
hes showing her love and happiness
she realizes life isnt half bad
shes not all that alone
she knows she can make it
just not on her own
she needs someone to be there
when she feels sad and low
someone to lean on
and help her out of the dark
could he be that someone
the sun lighting the darkness inside her
she believes hes the one ment to help
the angel sent to save her
but what happens when hes gone
will she go back into the dark
back to her old ways
will her skies turn back to grey
she doesnt want to think of what is to come
right now hes here to help
thats all she ever asked for
