There is anger building up in every chest, It doesn’t help if work or rest, As a single spark sets the coals on fire, People lose their cool and get into rage dire.
Anger is the magma and we are an active volcano, When we may erupt, no one can know, And who may be burnt by our magma, Is still a greater dilemma.
Some volcanoes give out a lot of fume, Others bust Boom! Boom! Boom! Some eruptions start a chain reaction, And many end after arguments and action.
Everything has its flip side, So don’t be too quick to decide, Anger can lighten the heart, As anger blubbers out everything in the heart or its part.
Anger can be good or bad, It can make you gay or sad, Anger can be a friend or a foe, It depends on who you let it flow.
P.S.: about anger and 'reaction', here is a passage from a Borges's poem: '' Yo no hablo de venganzas ni perdones, / el olvido es la única venganza y el único perdón '' Jorge Luis Borges, “Fragmentos de un evangelio apócrifo” (“Elogio de la sombra”,1969) - English translation: ' I do not speak of revenge or forgiveness, / oblivion is the only revenge and the only forgiveness ' Cheers

I would like to translate this poem
A personal take on the emotion put in poem form nicely. I don't like anger although I know that venting is sometimes needed. I choose to vent constructively and disavow anger before it turns to rage or worse. Thanks for sharing, Swapnil
