Anger And Frustration Poem by David Harris

Anger And Frustration

Rating: 5.0

Sometimes we get angry
over the silliest of things,
but it is not anger,
but frustration
over something we cannot do.
If we could have done it,
there would have
been no anger there.
There is no easy solution
to get over it.
It is part of our nature
I am afraid to say.
The sad thing is
it will never go away.
We will always suffer the frustration
and the anger that goes with it.

Many can relate to this......I'm used to be the one with a slow burning fuse...but still would blow....The practice of patience is a hard lesson to learn

Calmnesses grows from patience, and patience grows in a pray, And without love All-powerful - you will reach nothing, except anger and angrily... Whether not so David? Best wishes, Tsira
