Angraecum Nectar Poem by Kenneth English

Angraecum Nectar

In and of itself the nectar
Of a flower in terms of space
Time matter to that certain vector,
That path, of the bee's swaggard grace:

A Symbiotic connection,
The flower to the bumble bee
Tickling soft pedals affection-
An effect that you have on me.

Beautifully adorn and still
The distant gale of dreams lurid part,
Make me feel as if it is real-
With the sweet nectar you impart.

Let your ruth restore my strength and vigor,
Make my dizzy head flutter and chitter
