Another night
Has come and gone
I don't know how much longer I can go on
I need your voice
I need your touch
I need to hear ' I love you' is that too much?
I don't want
To feel this way
I have no choice so here I stay.
I wish that I
Could write or call
It's one of those nights where I feel it's all my fault

I never wanted this for you
You don't deserve this pain that you're going through
Pain that I alone have caused
I hope you know that I just want
you to be happy and to feel alive
No matter what happens I know you'll survive
You're too strong
To be brought down
Even if I'm no longer around.

Another night
Has come and gone
And it gets harder to move along
I'm longing for
A hug from you
Something real I can hold onto
Please know that
I'm here to stay
But I understand if you want to stay away
I'm begging you
To do what's best
You're all that matters in the end
