Anxiety Poem by Hannah Diane Williams

Anxiety

Anxiety sucks.
One minute, I'm fine,
But the next,
I can't breathe.

My hands shake
And my heart races.
And it feels like everything is
Happening too fast around me.

My head spins
And death feels
Both Imminent
And too far off.

And it sucks
Because I feel like
I can't tell anyone
About it.
