I know you out there
The one for me
The one I desperately need
Hidden in the mists

I know you out there
As lost as I am
I hear your crying
Waiting for someone to find you

I know you out there
looking searching
Hoping to find an empathetic soul
One that sees you for you

I know you out there
And I'm trying to rescue us both
If only I knew were to look
If only I knew what to look for

Are you really out there?
Or am I just lost and waiting
For someone to find me
To rescue me from life?
