Our love is tested yet again;
Questioned, criticized and judged.
By people and situations,
Blinded by bigotry.
We’re hurt.
We’re confused.
There’s no way out;
A constant sensation.
Trapped and shackled,
We can’t break free.
We’re lost.
We’re afraid.
But we must not forget,
That we have each other,
That our bond is unbreakable,
That two of us as one is greater.
We’re reassured.
We’re blessed.
