Autumn In Memory Lane Poem by Jyotishman Debnath

Autumn In Memory Lane

I)

When you will call my name
I will follow your voice
I'm not a fragrance of lost spring
that you will call
and I wont come

II)

the sky melts down to earth in rains
but sunbeam never comes down in tears
tears are dark

III)

In breath the glow worms comes and goes
of past
It smells good the aroma of memories

IV)

flowers scattered all around
in eyes
the dream time
the intimacy with the smell
a thousand unwritten histories
petal by petal

V)

the silent thirst of loneliness
swallows my being dropp by drop
wait for sometime
Oh life,
let me bloom
my ash -heart
with a hand full of love
