Autumns Mist Poem by Walter C. Edwards

Autumns Mist

Autumns mist rises out of the warm waters,
the sun sets in skies of fire,
the shadows start to grow long,
before long daylight will be to sort,
and the nights will be unkind,
cold and lonely with in the icy winds,
the fire place be set right,
to give us the heat to last the night.
