Awareness, Realisation And Self-Actualisation
Awareness creates atmosphere for realisation
It plays a role to link conscience with observation.
Unless you are aware of circumstances around you
You can't attain the peak level of Self-Actualisation.

Consciousness might continue without awareness.
But you can't enrich intelligence without sensitivness.
Your keen curiosity and awareness of surroundings
Around you, enrich the skill of your understanding.

The state of self -actualisation enforces you
To purify and clarify your thoughts and visions.
Your entire life might not be enough for rectification
Unless evil spirits are eradicated through Negation.

One needs to evacuate all preoccupied concepts
Through the process of Yoga and Vipassana.
In order to emancipate illusions and suspects
It is rational & reliable way to approach Nirvana.

Just feel inhale and exhale of your own breath
Never try to interact with any sort of feelings.
Just watch both bad and good thoughts
Without any opinion in favour and against them.

When you get control over both mind and body
You will be able to attain the state of Negation.
Then only, you have to enrich with new dimension.
To ensure and pave path for self -actualisation
A solid foundation for Spiritual Enlightenment.
