Away From Love - Poem by Ankur Thakur

Pearls and riches of all kind,
Lies just a few metres ahead me,
But I wont go to pick them up,
As the ocean of love,
Looks tempting and beautiful in all form,
But is always full of hail and storm.

The tides of love,
And waves of it would come,
To pick me up and take me away,
But I would run far from their reach,
I would not touch a drop of love,
Shall look and just admire,
Standing on the sands of beach.
