A little piece of heaven
Given to you by fate
When all is said and done
You will leave the gate
You see the joy
And dropp it all
Only wishing one thing
That you have a call
The doctor on the phone
Speaking to you
Everyone is excited
and you are too
You drive to the hospital
Wondering how she's doing
Walking in the room
Not knowing where you're going
Finding her down the hall
In a room like your own
Reading all the signs
And turning off your phone
She lays there
Out of breath and tired
Seeing the baby boy
Knowing he will be admired
Taking him home
To see what he thinks
Of his new home
But he only blinks
