Be My Wife - Poem by Abubakar Abdulkadir

I can no more watch
Famish eyes feast
On the spice of your smiles

Don't you feel the presence
Of men napping afar
But are more of shadows to your hips

It shall come to a halt
Lest i set you free
With wy ring stretch forth
On your stunning finger
To glister at noon
Like night with zillion moons
