Before, during, after

"Could have been…"
-and
-"More are arrested…"

Such words come
-of London
-of Tehran

These words are all after
-incidents, accidents
-deaths, murders
-loss, wasted

They are cheap
-sure useless
-keep afloat
-the fear

This keeps them in place
-they remain in power

Fear has always been
-strong excuse
-to leash us
-control

The cruel who killed and
-the ones who took the pay
-ignored killed and injured
-they never will return

Most of these must be done
-long before, not after
-why someone wants to kill?
-study, find reason
-obey if they are right
-convince them if go wrong
-in this way prevent

Such crimes must be so
-‘now' is used for ‘after'…
