Before Focused Poem by Cheryl Renaud

Before Focused

Another day takes
place in the form
of a fountain drink

suspending eternities
into one a brevity
calling apart

the skies that dipped
forth, emerged to
the ground, grass

weeping. Corners widen
for the glory sun
and close for the rain.
