Betrayed
she felt she was safe
But then he betrayed her
He said he would always be there
But then then he left her
when he was done with her
he threw her to the wind
But she'll never forget
the words he said to her.
He said he'd always love her
and he would always be there
and in just one moment
He betrayed her.

As soon as he got what he wanted, he was gone, promise and all, as if the words meant nothing... but the worst thing about the betrayal.... those words did mean something.... Good Ink Kelly... This one touched me, which is what I look for in other's work.... Nice! ; -) -Kelly S.
