Between Pages Poem by Tom Squires

Between Pages

Rating: 4.5

It's peaceful down this hall
Everyone has some condition
There is no distinction
Nor unsettled reflection
God's spirit sustains us
Near these windows
And across the vacant lots
That mirror buildings
Like shadows upon water
Red brick in silence
Received by the dark reverent earth
