Blade... sliver, shiny..
one inch blade..

She is tired of the panic attacks..
tired of the pills she must take..
she lays her head on my shoulders..
as she held on tight..
wanting to tell me good-bye..

she cried...
I held her tight..
she told me the stories of her childhood..
nothing ever seems right..

the blade by myside..
I took a look at the sky..
I know why...

in a deep breath.. I finally said..
Dap, I'll be here always..
friends forever..
kissed on the forehead.. I finally saw a smile..

the sun came out again.....
