Blinded Love Poem by Kallie Cunningham

Blinded Love

Your love has blinded me, what shall I do.
I cant see nobody but you.
Are the stars out tonight?
I dont know if its cloudy or bright.

I only have eyes for you
my wish and my dreams have come true.
To be without you, what could I do.
My world would come crashing down.
My Heart would sink, and my soul would drown.

But in my mind I know you are still here.
At least you know my biggest fear.
To lose you I would feel cold and surely die.
Heavenly angels would fall and cry.

Skies would fall, and oceans would rise.
Please except my heart felt surprise.
I would build you a bridge that spans the ocean wide.
But the greatest gift Ill give you, would be to stand by your side.

These eyes I have are only for you.
Come back to me darling swift and true.
The time has come for you to be here by my side.
Be with me soon, faster than lightning and seas furious tide.

For now I wave to you again
so bring the summer and please ease the rain.
I will come to you soon as quick as can be.
Our love will last ages just you and me
