Blindfold Or Blind Me Poem by Poorvi Shetty

Blindfold Or Blind Me

Me bothered about thee
No day goes by without thinking of thee
Thee live within myself cos now i've grown up to be thee's ideal type mentally
My decisions and choices reflect thee
Contrarily, we are not meant to be.

The respect about thee has ever grown taller than the eucalyptus
Cos thee has built a strong independent woman in me
Sadly, your eyes doesn't wish to meet mine
We believed love is the respect from heart.

Right, god played a game
We judged each other and parted
As if we needed a reason to run away
Cos of an uncertain future.

Emptiness has polluted the blood and mind
I am blindfolded and walking in a secret garden
Hoping to bump into you again.

My hurting heart knows it is shameful for thee to accept this big fat wench
Thee remains my hero forever
No matter who comes in life.

Why can't a sour candy be thee's destiny?
Why is jaggery your ideal type without a pinch of chilli?
Why can't thee forgive the idiot?

marking the last chapter of the book,
Choose 1 or 2 to let me get blindfolded or blinded
Cos thee is my guide for life.
