Blue Print Poem by Kasia Fedyk

Blue Print

Rating: 1.0

Can I love you the way you want me to? ...
if you could look into the window of my soul,
you would hear whispers,
see shimmering light in a distance,
obscure some chambers, within each a tiny lights burn,
millions of them,
like the stars in the darkness of the sky,
between all the know and unknown,
where it leads me I don't know,
not all is revealed where in the distance all sways,
in this gentle embrace,
I forgot so many ways to unlock this mystery,
many ways have I traveled into the distance,
close to something that is invisible,
so far from all that isn't,
memories come forth like the wind,
in the vessel where all lays like a blanket on a green grass,
so close and so far,
if I could only touch it for just a moment,
where souls fly in soft breeze,
finding their nest, searching for comfort,
to settle in the arms of eternity,
see the ship in the horizon, the captain controlling the path,
the ship floats on the sea free, so free
the bond broken and washed away in one stroke,
unknown road it takes the other,
swift the departure,
look into my eyes it reveals all the secrets it hold so dear,
all is written in fine print,
so the roads take us,
with each letter, each blue print,
touch it once and feel the fire,
close your eyes and loose yourself in the flames.
