Emotions are the body's
Reflection within the mind, ,
Yet sometimes the body says
Yes but the mind declines,
Controlling internal thoughts
Is the only way to align,
Keeping the self in the
Moment is the medicinal
Potionto keep the
Mind synchronized,
To bond the soul,
Body and mind is to
Discover thetruth
From the external
To the deep inside
Where the spirit lies,
Be aware of the physical
Expressions because they
Are transcendental signs
