Borealis (Two Quatrains) Poem by Denis Mair

Borealis (Two Quatrains)

We only tell ourselves stories

Pretending to offer explanations

As we try to unravel the matrix

That sustains us in our cradle

From a spindle beyond manifestation

Light is pulled through the Milky Way...

Playful after-glints from the power

That sets galaxies spinning like tops

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Given our current stage of understanding, our "explanations" of how life and the cosmos began do not go very far.

Unravel the matrix, and spindle beyond manisfestation are two powerful lines that impacted on Milkaway reference... But the title give early imagery before reading contents here. Niceeeeeee Colours fly in magnitude to the north and south, left me wonder if it hidden from me in tropic..
