Boredom Is Boring (Double Bussokusekika) Poem by Edwin Tanguma

Boredom Is Boring (Double Bussokusekika)

Boredom Is Boring (Double Bussokusekika)

Boredom is boring
Maybe I should get a job
My body is shot
There is not much I can do
I can't do physical work
My mind is sharp as a tack

One day I just may
Find me a job that I love
I could write poems
If I had whimsical thoughts
I'd write silly limericks
Or hysterical senryu
