Bounded By Chains



your kindness and
goodness have become my very
own chains

i love not you
but another yet how can
i leave you
without being drowned
by so much guilt?

love no matter how true
dissolves in the
cares of gentleness
and understanding

my heart beats for her
yet your chains of freedom
tightly bind me
on my arms

i am free to go
but how can i?
