Breaking Bridges Poem by lavia belle mafukaduvha

Breaking Bridges

Dear diary

They burnt every way to get to them
They broke down bridges with wracking balls.
They put a police tape so no one can enter.

Then they look for you in places they know you have never been before.
They ask friends of friends to track you down.
You think suddenly oh a dog doesn't bite anymore. Let them in again and you will hear the loudest bark.

Good people never learn.
All they do is forgive and forgive and forgive. Fine if you want to get over unwanted pressure you have to let go and forgive. Forgive yourself for unpacking your laundry to a manual machine.
Never! Never I say again, blame yourself for other people's attitudes towards you.

To know they are good people they always ask if they are bad people.
