Broken Heart Poem by Seema Jayaraman

Broken Heart

Rating: 4.8

A stillness so vast, so somber
like a blooming garden
frozen in sudden autumn sheen
all the splendor and grandeur
like a ghost from bygone years
visions of carefree laughter
seen through misting eyes
this mournful howl
to rekindle that one moment
suspended in vacuum of time
still held closely in broken heart

So vast stillness is wisely painted with beats of heart although this is broken. Visions of carefree laughter is wisely marked in this imagery drawn wisely. Fantastic composition of mixed verse of grief and joy.10
