Bullying Poem by Somniator Moon

Bullying

Rating: 5.0

Throughout the day and into the night,
All I do is write and write,
The answers I try to find,
So I can leave the past behind,

Asking the who’s, what’s, where’s and why’s,
Trying to sort the truth from the lies,
Being bullied is really cruel,
Yet people who do it use it as a tool,

Don’t they know they change your life?
Feeling like you’re stabbed with a knife,
To me now they are oh so small,
You do hit bottom hard when you finally fall,

It’s when you can’t take any more
You just crash down to the floor
Some think they can no longer go on
But it’s the bullying practice that should be gone

My life they’re not going to steal
‘Cause I know with time I will heal
Why do they feel so threatened by me?
Is it a greater intelligence they see?

I am the one who prays
That one day they’ll change their ways
Sending them love and hope,
To try and prevent someone else, looking for that rope.
