Butterfly Helix Sanctuary I: Summer Reminisce
During summer reminisce, when the clouds fade from luminance
And the teardrops hit the ground without making a sound
How does one find out if the rain will ever cease?
Running water flood the streets, and down every alley of this town
You were once so tender to me, so sincere in your words
Even the most distant of stars could hear your heartfelt sweetness
Eventually however, what used to shine above started to burn out
Now, previously my source of strength, is my only weakness
Another year goes by, and still no change in me
I don't know what's wrong with me, the way you think I am
Visions of us together still play in my mind but...
After that letter, I no longer worth a tinker's damn
Someday you might understand just what this all means
And how sorrowful it feels not being able to hold your dearest one
Sometimes I wonder how we even became like this in the first place
Condemned and forced to run, despite everything that I've done
