call me my love
I call your name amid the deck's cold winds,
I hear your voice up in the clouds to delve,
'hold me my love when the tidal waves engulf,
as soon as dusk descends on the ripened fields.'
On our homeland a coldness casts,
the shapes of time laugh near the lightless hearth,
much of a void projects above my berth,
youreyes' stare at my departing masts.
A whisper calls me during my watch on bridge,
alludes melodious words to ravel,
'call me my love out of my sad garden,
when the sun sets, behind a distant ridge.'
'Call me when the seaward streams oppose your routes,
with my sacred love and bonds I shall regale,
along the winds my words reach the gunwale,
transform my verses to trfined notes of flutes.'
