Can'T Breathe
We can't breathe
And we are suffocating
The air is so thick in here
............wonder if this could be air pollution....if so you may need to move to a new place....
Sounds like claustrophobia Aldo? Brings on panic attacks. Breath through your abdomin slowly and you will be amazed how much space you can create in any confining environment...our minds are vast places to roam freely, we just have to learn how to. A real punch of a poem. Smiling at you Tai
