Can'T Hide The Beauty Poem by Mustafa Marconi

Can'T Hide The Beauty

Spiritually he’s cursed us
Mentally he ‘s enslaved us
Physically he’s castrated us
But he can’t hide the beauty
He can’t hide the beauty
Blackman where have we vanished too
His efforts are uncontested
Corrupting our women with power and arrogance
Crippling are children with ignorance
He houses us in the slums of the ghettos
Pays us pennies for our labors
Demands our gold for his sub-standard products
The working poor must suffer daily
Miseducating our future in poorly funded schools
Creating role models and heroes of his origin and race
Filling the elevators to Hell far beyond capacity
With the psychologically crippled
And the endless followers of mortal men
Still in all he can’t hide the beauty
The beauty bestowed upon us by the Lord our Creator
He has given us his blessing
For all that is written must come to pass

Our earth he’s covered with pavement
Global expansion fueled by corporate greed
Wildlife killed and destroyed for pleasure
With no remorse for our withering land
But he can’t hide the beauty
He can’t hide the beauty
Our water he’s contaminated with sewage
Our air he’s polluted with toxins and smoke
Our soil he’s corroded with millions of chemicals
The profits he collects are legal and clean
Bombs exploding all over our precious earth
Radiation consuming our very breath of life
Exterminating million upon millions of unseen organisms
Coveting power that, in retrospect, is unattainable
What is left of our planet?
Everything has been propositioned
By his unquenchable greed
A million tons of waste generated daily
And no where to hide the filth of his iniquities
Still in all he can’t hide the beauty
He can’t hide the beauty
The beauty provided by the Lord our Creator
It is he who gives man power
He is the light that will always shine
He has given us his blessings
For all that is written must come to pass
So let it be known in every nation
He can’t hide the beauty
Praise the Lord, he can’t hide the beauty
