Treasure Island

Leslie Philibert

(6th March 1954 / London, England)

Canvey Island 1964

The Thames estuary;
a flock of caravans
and a low sun
that narrows my eyes,

seawind full of salt
pulling my kite
over the tide;
all in balance.
