Carousel Poem by Paul Fowler

Carousel

Round and round on this carousel,
With every day just like the last,
This daily routine does not suit me well,
I'm longing for those better days past.

Wishing for some challenge anew,
And of good things of which I could tell,
But now the highlights are very few,
How I need to get off this carousel.
