Carry On 2 Poem by Mountain Man

Carry On 2

A mist flows over this valley.
The green has turned to brown.
Brown fields of poison
permeet this air.
A tree, natural dependence
upon man.
Regardless of what
I've seen.
The memories of green
as creation sings.
Carry on brothers & sisters
against the pain.
Across this place
another dream to transpire,
Another place another town.
A clown with a frown.
And what did the children see?

You & me
together again.
