  Caught in between contradictions
that make up my obscure life;
ever-hunting for the The Truth
while wielding a liar's knife.

Caught in between the freedom
of being witness to The Light
and still being held captive
by my self-created night.

Caught in between my humanity
and the hope of what I am to be;
warring factions of conformity
to the earthly and the heavenly.

Caught deep within my own void
which will never be replete;
unless yielded to The One
who is faithful to complete.

Yes you are right Roshni...we always seem to be caught between the devil and the deep sea to use a well worn cliche...very nice introspective piece..
