Man’s obsession
With flying
Challenging
The potentials
Of nature
Making
The most of
Every probability
As an alarming bell
Of perception
Of both
Plus and minus
Of today’s science.
Beginning
With copying
To fly
In lofty thoughts
As the birds
And the clouds
Launching from
The waxed wings
Hot air balloons
Up to-
The present day
Of sophisticated
Fighter planes
And missiles
With further
Future plans
Exploiting
To the hilt
A process
Continuously
That goes on.
The most nifty
Inventions ever
Perceived
With newer
And better
Stratagem
Defying the gravity
And like forces.
Exploiting
Its true nature
For innovation
And devastation
Of civilization
To cart history
Non-stop to go
On and on.
