Changed My Heart Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Changed My Heart

Changed my heart

Was first time
reading of De la Mare
happily fell in love in first lines.

So read on and read on
now hate him.

I feel sad for pen-men
we always serve cruel
we are pawns and beggars or slaves
for bread, for living
he too did.

He worked for the greed behind the Chaco war
there were killed in thousands
mestizos, Andeans
for no guilt
just greed of oil men
among them Rockefeller.

Fire came from the
Standard; Royal Shell.

He worked for prior.
