Changes Poem by Micron

Sometimes when change happens you stop and think
Things you worked for has just gone down the sink
For a time it may seem daunting, a disaster to you
And you worry in case you can not do
Supporting others in trouble before was my goal
As solving engineering failures was my role
But a decision from the powers above that be
Means this is no longer this is for me
The problems I solved have not gone away
They will always happen each day
Things will break wear fall apart
I liked it but life changes new things to chart
So now research for the future I try to do
Everything we look at is completely new
No one has seen looked at this before
Maybe one day we’ll open a new door
Each day through fractured samples I plough
Compiling mounds of data and images now
Brain whirling round and round
Looking searching for something not seen or found
Is there a patterns or even a trend
Maybe the reasons things occur is just round the bend
So when things change don’t loose heart
