There’s a shimmer of magic in the air
As thunder roars above
As rain erupts from the sky
A tremor of excitement
Rushes through my veins
As you pull me into you
As you whisper in my ear
As you wrap yourself around me
As you tear apart my fear
A moment of cherished bliss
Surrounds my each intrepid heartbeat
I surrender,
I thrash the blankets to the floor
I move my mouth,
Stretching, reaching...
I must taste the all the sweetness of yours
I dive into the ocean
A thousand miles from the shore
Come morning
The glow of magic lingers:
Your arm across my chest
Your breath upon my neck
With my fingers I caress…
All that I am is yours
