Coming Soon Poem by Okoemu Okoemu Okoemu

Coming Soon

Coming soon,
Is all the hearers hear.
To judge the living and the dead,
Is why the hearers fear.
So long has he promised to come,
Still none is tired of waiting.
Will he ever come?
Like a thief at night, he said he will,
When is the when?
Coming soon,
Is all the hearers hear,
Not knowing when
Is why the hearers fear,
Is their fear only on the lips?
For why, is there a will of not him done?
Even with the knowledge of him coming soon?
He may come this evening,
Waiting, morning will coming,
Still, he will not come,
Coming soon,
One angel is with a trumpet,
To come, the trumpet blow,
So, long has the Angel,
On stand-by be
Not tired?
Still waiting!
All is almost come,
Still, he is coming soon
Running to and fro that holy ground
Kneels on the ground,
Minds on meditation,
Forehead hitting the ground and faces facing the sun,
Father forgive me for I have sinned!
Who do not, is the dark.
Lied, funication, hate!
Just in case he comes,
So merciful! We smile, for we say, we are forgiven
But in the next minute, we re-do
Still we are waiting for the one coming soon.
Coming soon, when is he coming!
The green leaves will dried,
He won't come!
Day and night will pass away,
He won't come!
The beast will be freed to tortured man,
Still he won't come
Coming soon, in glory
All the hearers hear!
When? No body knows!
Yet he is coming soon!
Just wait more longer, he is coming soon,
Like the five virgins, for he may come any time!
Just wait, he is coming soon!
Coming soon, will he ever come?
Why won't he!
Every year, he is coming soon,
But if he comes now?
What state are you?
Will he finds you well?
Remember! He is coming soon
Always be in a state of grace!
He is coming soon!
