Complicated Is In Town Poem by Natasha Andeyi

Complicated Is In Town

Rating: 5.0

If complicated wasn't a term, you'd most definitely be mine.
But now that it's already in existence, I'm wondering when will be our time.
Your love only visible in these letters, backing them with the oaths.
Inviting me to some covenants that I'm not conditioned to believe,
But eventually become in tandem because it's what lovers do.

If only it wasn't this complicated, you'd tell them I'm yours, And sleep at night knowing it's one in the many years to come.
You'd look at me peacefully because you know it makes my fears flee.
Fighting for the existence of us would be something you'd do without a doubt,
You'll always have my back because you know I'm the special someone you'll always want around.
But as I said, complicated is in town.
